Where to eat in the loop

Au Cheval- is right down the street from our venue! It has an up-scale diner vibe and is cited as one of the best burgers in town, just note this is a popular eatery and they do not take reservations.

Cindy’s- This spot is all about the views and drinks. Cindy’s is a rooftop bar located on the top floor of the Chicago Athletic Association on Michigan Ave and has spectacular views of both the city and the Lake.

Publican Quality Meats- An old school butcher shop with an amazing lunch menu and stocked full of everything you’ll need to make a great cheese board.

Our favorite spots

If you’re looking for deep-dish, don’t let those other places fool ya, Pequod’s is the best. You can order out or dine in, but be forewarned there might be a wait to be seated. Also, each slice is a healthy portion.

Pop into Wicker Park- Take a stroll on the 606, stop by Quimby’s Bookstore, grab a taco snack from Big Star, or a hot coco at Mindy’s Hot Chocolate Bar.

Visit Andersonville, a north side LGBTQ+ haven featuring antique stores, Swedish bars, and great eats. Sample Hopleaf, Simon’s, and Little Bad Wolf just to name a few.

The Lincoln Park Farmers Market happens every Saturday morning from 7am-1pm. This is our favorite market in the city. You can spend all morning roaming the aisles and even grab a raclette snack for lunch. After the market jump on the lake shore trail and bike for miles north or south along the lake.
